Congratulations to Sam and Jordan, who celebrated their intimate city wedding right here in Chester!

This one was as micro as they come! Sam and Jordan chose to keep things close and personal, with just their daughter and best friends who also happen to be their next door neighbours! Their day felt relaxed, warm, and entirely them. Just two people who clearly adore each other, surrounded by the people who love them most.

Chester is such a brilliant backdrop for an intimate city wedding – the historic streets, the Rows, the architecture – there's character round every corner, and it made for the kind of candid, documentary-style photography Sam and Jordan were after. I found a cute little antiques arcade tucked inside The Old Bank buildings, which was the perfect spot for some unique couples portraits with the best lighting!
